Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes. To give you our full attention and create a calm, private experience, all visits are by appointment only. You can book your appointment online.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend seamless nude underwear and, if possible, a strapless bra or no bra, many gowns are easier to envision this way. Please refrain from wearing makeup, fake tan, or heavy perfumes, as these transfer onto delicate gowns. Fresh, clean skin helps keep our collection beautiful for everyone.

What sizes do you stock?

We carry a range of sizes from 6 to 18 in store, most of our dresses are a 12-14. Most designers offer a broader range for order. We’re always working to expand this and believe everyone deserves to feel amazing when trying on. If you have specific sizing concerns, just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare mindfully.

How many guests can I bring?

We recommend up to two supportive guests to help keep the experience intimate and focused on you. If you’d like to bring more, we can accommodate up to four guests.


How long are appointments?

Standard styling appointments are 60 minutes, giving you time to explore your favourites without feeling rushed.

What designers do you carry?

We offer a curated selection of designers both emerging and established chosen for their craftsmanship, beautiful fabrics, and originality. All our pieces are hand-selected with love and include exclusive pieces you won’t find anywhere else in Perth.

How far in advance should I start dress shopping?

We recommend starting 9–12 months ahead of your wedding or event date to allow time for production and tailoring. But don’t worry if you're on a shorter timeline, just get in touch. We have options for quick turnarounds and elopements too.

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our gowns range from $1,600 to $6,500, with sample sale gowns occasionally available under $2,000. We’ll always be transparent about pricing and work within your budget.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options, including deposit and instalment plans, to help you secure your dream outfit with peace of mind.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

We don’t offer in-house alterations, but we work closely with talented local specialised seamstresses who are familiar with the designers we carry and can help tailor your gown perfectly.

I’m not a traditional person, am I welcome?

Absolutely. Voliamo is for anyone marking a meaningful milestone. Whether you're marrying, recommitting, or simply honouring your journey, this is your space.

Do you allow children at appointments?

We kindly ask that young children stay home unless discussed in advance, to keep the space calm and focused on you.

What if I feel nervous about dress shopping?

You’re not alone, many of our clients feel this way. Voliamo was created to change that. You’ll never be rushed or judged here. Our team is gentle, warm, and here to help you feel grounded and confident.

How can I prepare my guests to be supportive during my appointment?

Invite people who will lift you up and focus on your experience. Let them know that this isn’t about what they would choose, it’s about what feels right to you. A simple heads-up that “if I light up in something, I need you to reflect that back” goes a long way.
